Besides the Director, JADL Services Ltd has a team of Executives heading each department, administrative staff, qualified trainers and volunteers who work together to ensure that the company is run efficiently.
Daniel Ugboaja, JADL services Ltd.’s Director forms a unique, vision driven team passionate about adding value to the lives of the everyday people in their neighbourhood, community, town, and beyond. Daniel has a drive that could move a mountain. Very professional and meticulous in his work and will follow through every aspect of his work till the very end. He is a loving husband and father of three wonderful children. He is highly sought after for counselling on life issues when he is not working or running JADL Services Ltd.
Besides caring for the unwell, Daniel is an experienced Tutor, fully trained to deliver personalised study programmes and has a wide variety of real-world experience, with different cultures and expectations and uses this to better understand his students, clients and those he cares for from whatever background.
Dan is an experienced Registered Home Manager who has wider knowledge working with children and young Adult in care settings. Prior to joining the healthcare profession in the UK several years ago, Dan was a seasoned and practicing engineer and a successful entrepreneur. Daniel has a wealth of experience working in the UK Health and Social Care sector.
